Tonight I'll post about a different type of Magic that Orlando offers......
Let me clarify for all of you, that saying you went to Disney, does not specify which park you went to. Too many times have I heard people say "We went to Epcot, MGM, and Disney."
So yes, I'll hop off of the bitter and cynical train now and continue on with my magical retelling of our visit to the happiest place on earth!
Ian's parents have season passes, because its really the only economical choice to make, what with 3 or 4 different family members coming in this year to take their families to the parks. AND since Disney was offering Florida residents 4 parks for 4 day passes for 100 dollars (what an amazing deal!) they bought us tickets so that we could go with them to Magic Kingdom (my favorite park. Ever.) today and to Epcot for dinner sometime next week.
And yes, we like to go to Disney just for dinner.
Because that's how we roll in Orlando.
Today was an amazing day to go to the park, because there were no crowds at all! We rode the Buzz Lightyear ride twice and Space Mountain once, all within our first hour of being there!
We hit up all of our favorite rides, {my favs? Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, Small World, and Pirates,} ate great food, and did some serious people watching.
Also, I developed a severe case of baby envy while at the park.
It didn't help that my MIL was hinting all day long about when we'll bring them a grandbaby.
My camera battery has no life any more, so I only got a few pictures in, but we had a great time and I am so blessed to have in laws that treat us to a day out like that!

Love that line about how you go to Disney for dinner. :) I definitely can't say that, but it sounds fantastic!
I wiiiiish I lived close to Disney! You are so so lucky! Can you believe my boyfriend has NEVER been??? AHHH it kills me! I have been hinting and hinting that i would love to go this year! FIngers crossed! Baby envy is a given in a place like that! Im with you girl!!!
I love Disney World! And my favorite park there is Magic Kingdom (see? I know the difference ;-)) I don't know if we'll ever be able to afford to go. But you have me wanting to move to Florida to get that great deal! Wow, it would cost me like 10 or 20 times that price to visit Disney World if I include a flight and hotel expenses. Seriously, I'm so jealous!
Ahhh that looks so fun! can't wait to go there with our kids!
Awww...what a great time! I wish I could go to Epcot for dinner!

How fun! Derek and I are thinking about hitting Disney World for vacation this year, but we're not sure yet. We went a couple times on vacation when I was growing up though, and it's so fun!
Brian and I went to Disney on vacation last year and had SO much fun! I'm jealous you can go at the drop of a hat.
O Disney!! I love it, what a great time! And what a great deal they offer you Florida residents, awesome!! We are planning a trip this year and I can't wait!
Sounds fun! I've never been to Disney...maybe someday. :)
yeah! how wonderful!
I have gotten the baby fever pretty bad right now....I blame the fact that I don't get to play with babies anymore (well at least not until I start my new job!).
